I am a Dark Verse Series lover. The men care so well for their women and the plot runs far deeper than the superficial.
Everything is connected in such a great way that you can’t put the books down once you start reading.

The Predator

The Predator by RuNyx is not a TikTok sensation by accident. It is a phenomenal book that every dark mafia romance lover simply has to read. The match between the genius Morana and the ruthless Tristan is the recipe for a blazing inferno. Add some mystery and you have the perfect book.

The Reaper

🌶️ 3/5
It is safe to say that I am a die-hard fan of the Dark Verse series. The Reaper, like The Predator took my breath away. RuNyx really managed to keep me on my seat the entire way through.
In this book, Tristan and Morana’s story really starts to develop. The mystery behind the Syndicate also gets more intense.

The Emperor

🌶️ 3/5
You know the feeling of sitting in front of your book shelf and thinking by yourself “I really miss these characters, I want to spend more time with them”? The Emperor is exactly that kind of book.
Dante and Amara will climb into your heart and you will miss them when you put the book down. They have the most beautiful love story that accompanies a tension-filled plot with many mysteries and secrets.

The Finisher

🌶️ 2.5/5
The Finisher is basically the cute stuff mixed into the dark stuff. It is an emotional rollercoaster and the trauma that the characters have endured during their lives makes it impossible not to feel for them.
This might not have been my favourite book in the Dark Verse series, but I still loved it and would recommend it to anyone who loves dark romance.

The Annihilator

🌶️ 4/5
The Annihilator is beautiful in the dark romance sense of the word. The MMC cares so much for Lyla in his own messed up way it takes my breath away.
It is clear from the start that she would have severe mental damage because of her childhood, but the way that he helps her to navigate the murky waters of life is unparalleled.

The Syndicater

Reading The Syndicater was like meeting up with old friends you haven’t seen in a while. However, while it was great seeing them, there wasn’t much else happening except for catching up on what happened since you last saw each other.
The MCs in the Dark Verse series are like those old friends. Since reading their books I’ve often felt the need to just spend time with them again. The Syndicater gave us that opportunity, but a reunion can only be so long.
If you want such a meetup to be more than just a reunion, there has to be some extra action. Unfortunately, in my opinion, this book lacked that.
