Eva Winners did it again with Ravenous Kingpin. It is really an amazing book that broke my heart and stitched it back together.
I have been waiting for this book for what feels like ages simply because I was so excited for it. And it didn’t disappoint.
Plot Summary
When Emory and Killian first met they had no idea what kind of turns their life would take.
Now, six years later, things in the Syndicate are in a turmoil and the only way that Emory can save her seat at the table of the Syndicate is to marry the cold and calculating heir to the Irish Cullen mafia, Killian Brennan Cullen.
She agreed to the marriage on the conditions that it was their secret and that it would only last for two years.
But the problem is that he is the hottest man she had ever met and although he will protect her and her seat at the table of the Syndicate, there is no one to protect her and her heart from him.

Series or Standalone?
This is a standalone, but it is part of a series of interconnected standalones. It is also set in the same world as most of Eva Winners’s books.
You don’t have to read any of her other books to be able to enjoy this book and it doesn’t really spoil the other books if you end up reading them later.
However, it is kind of fun to read them all in order because sometimes the characters from the previous books show up later on. But that is just me and my obsession with finding easter eggs in books.

Ravenous Kingpin is basically a forced marriage mafia romance.
We are also spoiled with a badass FMC who will not allow anyone to dictate her life.

With Killan being Irish and all he calls Emory “álainn” which is the Gaelic word for beautiful.
